Buyer: legal company, purchasing authority, business verification, approved channel and destination.
Product: Adults, Kids, or mixed; current European label, ingredients, directions and warnings; supporting documents; actual SKU/UPC, case pack, batch and remaining shelf life.
Supply: uncommitted allocation, supply location, replenishment if needed, agreed dispatch schedule. Do not treat reported inventory as a reservation.
Commercial: units, unit price, product subtotal, freight, applicable taxes, payment due before dispatch, currency and any real quote expiry.
Evaluation: quoted sample quantity, price, shipping, capped product credit and redemption window; credit applied once to first qualifying 1,000+ order, shipping excluded.
Channels: marketplace permission, territory terms if any, consumer promotion/subscription context, end-customer support owner.
