Short staff introduction · Written briefing

Two product lines.
A consistent introduction.

Read this before approaching your first account. A written briefing is available now; this is not a recording or clinical training.

1 / Introduce the format

“CariSpray is a dentist-developed oral-care spray range in portable 30 ml bottles. Adults uses hydroxyapatite; Kids uses calcium and phosphate minerals with 10% xylitol in three flavors.”

Show the actual bottle and current label. A product image is not a full ingredient, warning or directions document. Use only the current approved European product materials.

2 / Ask about the account

What oral-care products does the account already sell? Who purchases them? What trial quantity would fit recent category demand? Which channels and locations are involved?

For care settings or practices, route suitability and use questions to the buyer’s responsible professional. This wholesale introduction does not establish a clinical protocol.

3 / Explain the economics accurately

A distributor’s sales price is the price charged to its retailer, not the final consumer price. At an illustrative €11.50 sell-in and €8.99 product cost, the product spread is €2.51 per bottle. Freight, selling costs and returns reduce that amount.

One-time consumer references observed September 23, 2026: Adults €35.99 single, €67.99 for three and €119.99 for six; Kids €35.99 single, €67.99 for three and €112.99 for six. Subscriptions and promotions can be lower. Confirm current comparisons before presenting a quote.

4 / Handle questions honestly

Supply dates, case pack, shelf life, channel permissions and returns come from the written quote. Do not promise disease treatment, guaranteed demand, exclusive territory or an unsold-stock buyback.

If you cannot answer a product or commercial question from approved documents, record it and ask support@carispray.com before making a commitment.

5 / Agree a useful next step

Send the product brief, assess the buyer’s quantity and request written terms. Log units placed separately from units sold through. Review stock and actual demand before reordering.
